Not as advertized
"While a great set of luggage, what I received is not as advertised. The straps to hold the clothing in place are just the standard black elastics, not the lovely, pocketed style pictured here. I messaged Bentley and Champs, received an email from Bentley telling me to go talk to Champs. My email to Champs was responded to with confirmation that this was the case with both full sets I purchased, after I confirmed, I didn't hear back again. Hopefully the fix the issue, but in case they don't. . . now you know."
