"The luggage itself is really nice, I already have the small and I like it. However I'm giving one star because of the customer service I ordered a Large to come in before checking my airlines size restrictions and this one was too big (~65" L+W+H). Which is my fault. However the Bentley website has an outdated return policy from years ago saying that you can return online orders in store. You cannot. So I spent 2+ weeks total emailing customer service back and forth for a return label to ship it back. It was very complicated and it took 5 business days for them to get a return label. I feel like they wouldn't have reached out again if I didn't email them to follow up on the return label on the 5th business day. ."
