"Unfortunately, I have had a terrible experience with Bentley customer service, and do not recommend shopping with the company. I had no support when inquiring about missing documentation for my order, I was given no confirmation email, no tracking/order number, or receipt for the warranty that I purchased. After several failed contacted attempts, I still have no word from Bentley customer service and my emails and voicemails were meet unanswered. Horrible communication on their part, I still do not have access to my warranty; or have had any follow up attempts from Bentley. Truly sad from a Canadian company."

I just got back from
"I just got back from my trip and this big suitcase is very flimsy. Then from Dominican the suitcase was ransacked in their baggage area and the zipper was destroyed and the suitcase all marked up just them throwing it around. So, only used it once and it’s destroyed"

Great quality
"Excellent 4 piece suitcases with great quality. The only drawback instead of having a fanny pack and a carry on bag they could have added a medium size luggage."

Recieved wrong colour
"I was preparing for a 14 day trip and ordered the Tracker 4 PC set in Blush. I received Tan. I notified them and they said they would promptly send the proper set once I shipped the other one. They also said it would be delivered before my trip. They then waited to receive that package before even emailing me. Which meant I was already on my trip with a different luggage purchased because they did not hold up their end of the bargain. During my second week on my trip Bentley emailed me stating that they would send me a replacement in the proper colour as soon as it was in stock in the warehouse. I would also get an email with tracking info etc. I got home yesterday to the luggage at my door and no email in junk or anywhere regarding shipping. I have no idea how long it was sitting there and so greatful I have neighbours I can trust. They did not give any other compensation and I am not a happy customer. I will never be making a purchase with Bentley ever again and telling friends and family to do the same. Terrible customer service."
