Purchased this suitcase to replace
"Purchased this suitcase to replace the one I’ve had for 10+ years. This one is made of flimsy plastic and straight out of the box the zipper was faulty. I wouldn’t risk taking this on any trip. The most disappointing thing was that it took three weeks worth of multiple emails back-and-forth with customer service, sending photos and videos of the defective item, and escalating to management before Bentley would agree to a return. I also tried returning the suitcase in store however, they no longer accept online orders. With so many good quality, suitcase manufacturers available, I will never shop at Bentley again. That was a terrible and unnecessarily difficult experience."
