Bad experience

"I ordered online medium size of this Air Canada bag. I had to return the bag as it was smaller than I had expected. The return was smooth but I was surprised to see that an amount of about $22 was deducted out of the refund. It is to be noted that there was no mention of this neither in the return policy, in the mail having return barcode nor was I told in telephonic conversation."
