The staff is very polite And professional and will help you with anything that you need for your travelling needs this is my first time doing online. There was no troubles. It got delivered quickly so thank you again for making my purchase. A great experience and this purse over the shoulder is fantastic. It’s big enough to fit what you need in there but with a smaller look and it’s very secure over your shoulder and the colour is great so thank you once again to the staff at Bentley you are a fantastic and I will not go anywhere else for getting purses or luggage thank you again"
