"Unfortunately, I have had a terrible experience with Bentley customer service, and do not recommend shopping with the company. I had no support when inquiring about missing documentation for my order, I was given no confirmation email, no tracking/order number, or receipt for the warranty that I purchased. After several failed contacted attempts, I still have no word from Bentley customer service and my emails and voicemails were meet unanswered. Horrible communication on their part, I still do not have access to my warranty; or have had any follow up attempts from Bentley. Truly sad from a Canadian company."
